RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's healthcare client is looking to add a Supply Chain Analyst to their team for a 15-month assignment. This role is based in Central Scottsdale, AZ (Salt River Fields area) and requires two days a week in the office (typically Wednesday/Thursday).
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications for Supply Chain and data integration. Your responsibilities will include data entry, validation, and analytics, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with Supply Chain Operations, Purchasing, and Value Analysis Teams to ensure smooth network operations
* Maintain network contracts, item master, vendor master, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) setup
* Conduct supply chain and financial analytics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement
* Oversee source data integration with other systems (e.g., EMR, Point of Use) and ensure compliance with standards (UNSPSC, GTIN, etc.)
* Provide daily support, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to problem resolution
REQUIREMENTS:
* A Bachelor's degree or 4 years in a related field is required
* 4 years of experience in supply chain or Enterprise Resource Planning is essential
* Base-level healthcare supply chain experience is required
* Proficiency in data entry, validation, and Excel analytics
* Workday experience (2 years) is preferred
* Familiarity with procurement tasks is a plus
This is a 15-month assignment. There is a possibility of conversion after assignment completion, this will be based on performance.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
